We offer a 100% no quibble money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, we will give you a 100% refund (excluding delivery charges and gift-wrapping where appropriate).
Returns for a refund must be received back into our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, please include the order number, your name, the name of the product, and the reason for the return.

What if there's a delay in the post and it gets back to you after 30 days?
We issue a no-quibble refund or replacement for products that are received back in our warehouse within 30 days. In case of shipments reaching us after 30 days due to unavoidable reasons like postal delays, we address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process for Cash-on-Delivery(COD) Orders
For CoD orders, please share your bank account details with our customer service to receive your refund. You can write to us at info@palashayurveda.in for more details.
Postage Expense for Returning Goods
We do not refund users for postage expenses incurred for returning goods.
Replacement Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, we will give you a 100% refund (excluding delivery charges and gift-wrapping where appropriate). Returns for a refund must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, please include the order number, your name, the name of the product, and the reason for the return. In a few cases, we ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest, and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner. Replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.
When Returns are Not Possible
Returns are not possible in the following cases:
- Used products
- Return requests made outside the specified time frame
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags and labels
Partial Order Returns
Yes, a return is possible at the item level. If you have ordered multiple items, you can request a return for a part of the order. However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Returns must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase.
When Refunds are Provided
Refunds are provided only in cases of damage in transit or if a replacement cannot be provided due to no stock availability. In case of returns, a refund is issued once the products are received at our warehouse.
Replacement Timeframe
A replacement is sent to the customer when the product that needs to be replaced is returned from the customer, and courier details are shared with us. The replacement of parcels will reach the customers within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.
Exchange
An exchange of unused products needs to be communicated within 30 days and reach our warehouse within 30 days from the date of shipment of the original order. Shipment charges of the same need to be borne by the customer. Customers need to share courier details of the products to be exchanged with us. The replacement of parcels will reach the customer within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.
